Chemical Dosing Pumps and Tanks

A dosing pump adds a measured amount of chemical to the water: chlorine for disinfection, antiscalant before RO membranes, or pH correction. Mount it on a dosing tank for a neat, mobile setup.

TDS meter: measures dissolved solids in ppm. It is the quickest daily check that an RO system is working.
pH meter: checks acidity after treatment. RO water is often slightly acidic and may need re-mineralisation.
Conductivity monitor: panel-mounted, it shows the water quality continuously.
RO controller: automates the plant: it stops the pumps on low water or low pressure, starts and stops on tank level, and runs the auto-flush.
Pressure switch: protects pumps by switching off on low or high pressure.

Solenoid Valves

A solenoid valve opens or closes electrically; the controller uses it for the inlet and the membrane flush. "Normally closed" means it stays shut when there is no power.
